Shop open: From 01/07/2024 to 31/08/2024. Shop opening hours: from Monday to Thursday: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. From Friday to Sunday: from 09:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Access: The main campsite road is on an 18% slope and is 4.5m wide, and it is the only way of entry and exit.

Car Park: Due to the campsite terrain, the allotted parking space is not always next to the camping pitch or bungalow.

Guests: Guests are only permitted access with express authorisation at Reception, with a surcharge of 6,50€ per guest per day.

The person whose name the lodge or pitch is under is responsible for any inconveniences or damages caused by any accompanying camper.

In the event of repeated complaints from other campers or from the campsite staff, or repeated breach of the internal rules of the campsite, we reserve the right to expulsion of the offender and to charge any costs that may be incurred as a result.

Payments: Checks are not accepted neither American Express nor Dinners Club cards.

Invoicing details must be provided before bookings can be formalised.

A booking is not deemed confirmed until the campsite sends a written booking confirmation.

Down payment: In order to confirm a booking, the customer must pay 50% of the total in advance.

Cancellations: The following penalties will be imposed on the customer in the event of cancellation:

• 10€ when cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance of occupying the accommodation.
• 40% of the down payment if the cancellation is made from 30 to 16 days before the booked date.
• 60% of the down payment if the cancellation is made from 15 to 8 days before the booked date.
• 100% when the cancellation is made 7 days or less before the booked date.

Booking modifications: the customer may request to modify their booking (dates and/or type of lodge). This must be done in writing and is subject to availability.

Confirmation deadline: For any booking not made online, the customer must pay the down payment within one week. Once the payment is received, the reservation will be confirmed in writing.

Facilities in bungalows: Full kitchen with kitchenware for the number of people allowed according to the contract. Heating. The price includes bedding, towels and kitchen towels. Barbecue in the exterior. Parking inside the camping. Laundry in the facilities of the camping, drying rack in the bungalow. No small household appliances available.

Facilities in glampings: kitchen with basic kitchenware for the number of people allowed according to the contract. The price includes bedding. Parking inside the camping.

Pets: Pets are permitted in those bungalows specified by the Reception staff. All bookings for bungalows with pets must be made over the phone.

Times: Customers can enter the bungalows from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must vacate them before 12:00 when leaving.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bungalows.

Occupancy: The maximum number of people admitted in each bungalow must never be exceeded.

Departure: Bungalows must be left clean and tidy, with the kitchen utensils clean and all rubbish must be deposited in the appropriate skips.

Minors: Minors must be accompanied by adults in the bungalows. Minors can not make reservartions.

Minimum stays to reserve:

• 2 nights in low and medium seasons
• 3 nights in long weekends and Easter week
• 4 nights in high season 
• 7 nights in extra season

Price: The basic price includes the pitch for a tent or caravan and car, or a motorhome, and access to all campsite amenities. For smaller pitches, the price includes a tent.

Pets: Pets are permitted. They must be kept tied up and remain on the allotted pitch. Pet owners will be held liable for any incidents that may occur. It is forbidden to leave the pet alone and unattended on the plot.

Occupancy: Customers cannot set up camp until the Reception staff has assigned a pitch number.

Minors: Minors must be accompanied by adults in the campsite. Minors can not make reservartions.

Times: Pitches must be vacated before 12:00 h. on the departure date. The campsite reserves the right to clear any pitch that is still occupied after that time.

Minimum stays to reserve:

• Low season: 2 nights
• Medium season: 4 nights
• High season: 7 nights

Bookings

We do not take bookings for caravans or motor homes more than 6.5m long.

Down payment: In order to confirm bookings for July and August, the customer must pay 50% of the total in advance. Once the payment is received, the reservation will be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations: The following penalties will be imposed on the customer in case of a booking cancellation:

• € 10 when the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the date set for entering the campsite.

• € 25 when the cancellation is made with 29 or fewer days and 8 or more days from the date set for entry to the campsite.

• 100% when the cancellation is made 7 days or less before the reserved date.
